This week I’m thrilled to be in the UK, talking microbes at the Thinking Digital Conference in Newcastle.
I’ll be discussing some of the futuristic applications we might soon have for altering our health through the microbiome–as well as some of the more ancient ways we might have been shaping our microbial profile.
The talk will be based on my forthcoming book, Cultured: Adventures In Eating for Our Microbes, which will be out Spring 2017 from Penguin Random House/Pam Krauss Books.
Thinking Digital has been called the UK’s answer to TED Talks. I’m honored to be invited to participate. I’ll be speaking Wednesday afternoon. And you can check out some of the other terrific speakers here.
